Halleluyah dance group
The fresh and vibrant dance group Hallelujah has swept Israel and the world in the spirit of youth, love of dance, and the repertoire variety brought to the stage. The band, which was formed in the late 1990s, has managed to appear on every television network, and conquer many stages around the world, sweeping Israeli dance lovers in the USA, India, China, D. Korea, Russia, France, Germany, England, Hungary, Turkey and more with its colorful performance.
The band brings to the stage a variety of dance styles and a very wide variety of modern folk and character dances spiced with traditional, humorous, ethnic and unique dance theater that lead the viewer to a multi-sensory dance experience. The band is accompanied by a 16-member orchestra conducted by Uri Khodorov - one of the top musicians in Israel, a graduate of the American "Mannes school of music" and with about 30 years of experience in the field of conducting and musical arrangements.
The band's choreographer, Barry Avidan, directed and produced many major shows in Israel and around the world, which won him a place of honor among senior Israeli artists. Mr. Alexander Tessler, a graduate of the Academy of Music in Kiev Ukraine accompanies the band and choreographer on accordion and from its inception to the present day takes an active part in the creative and production process. Also specializes in musical direction and arrangements for vocal groups.
